TVial Liquid Filling Sealing Production Line is a fully automated pharmaceutical processing system designed specifically for rigorous cleanroom environments.
The integrated system comprises an ultrasonic vial washer, a tunnel sterilizer/dryer, a precision liquid filling unit, a stoppering mechanism, and a capping machine.
The modules work in concert to execute a continuous sequence of operations: spraying, ultrasonic cleaning, internal and external rinsing, preheating, sterilization, depyrogenation, cooling, vial alignment, nitrogen purging (pre-fill), liquid filling, nitrogen purging (post-fill), stoppering, and final capping.
All core components in contact with the pharmaceutical product are constructed from 316L stainless steel and feature durable PTFE (Teflon) seals; the surfaces are smooth, easy to clean, and resistant to corrosive medications. The entire system is designed and manufactured in strict accordance with cGMP and FDA standards, ensuring a sterile, compliant, and highly efficient production process.
