The machine is designed for pharmaceutical rubber stoppers and aluminum caps used in injectable, oral liquid, LVP and powder-injection packaging. It integrates washing, silicification, drying, sterilization and automatic discharge in one enclosed process.
The standard capacity is approximately 10,000–40,000 aluminum caps per batch and 10,000–100,000 rubber stoppers per batch. Actual capacity depends on closure size, loading quantity and process requirements.
The machine uses high-power ultrasonic washing together with circulating water and automatic water control. The circulating water passes through a 0.22 μm filter before entering the washing system to support a cleaner pharmaceutical processing environment.
Yes. The system integrates pre-drying, drying and heat sterilization after washing and silicification. The standard process described for the machine uses circulating hot air at approximately 125 ± 5°C, with cycle settings adjusted according to the closure and production requirements.
Yes. The machine can be customized according to rubber stopper or cap size, batch capacity, washing cycle, control requirements and cleanroom layout. It can also be connected with downstream filling, stoppering, capping and other pharmaceutical packaging equipment to support a more continuous production process.
