Product Overview:
The Automatic Cartridge Filling Production Line is an integrated aseptic solution for washing, siliconizing, sterilizing, filling, stoppering, and capping pharmaceutical cartridges.
The line combines an ultrasonic cartridge washing machine, an air-drying and silicone-oil spraying unit, a sterilization and depyrogenation tunnel, and an automatic filling, stoppering, and capping machine. Each unit can operate independently or as part of a fully synchronized production line.
Designed for pharmaceutical cartridge products, the system provides accurate two-stage filling, stable container handling, automated process monitoring, and optional aseptic barrier protection.
Key Benefits:

The line is designed for aseptic cartridge injectable production. It automatically completes cartridge feeding, ultrasonic washing, air and water flushing, drying, silicone-oil spraying, preheating, sterilization, depyrogenation, cooling, stoppering, filling, and capping.
A walking-beam conveying system transfers cartridges in groups of ten, providing accurate positioning and reducing collision and breakage risks.
The filling section uses twenty ceramic rotary-valve pumps and completes filling in two stages. The first stage fills approximately 50–70% of the target volume, while the second stage completes the final dosage. A vacuum recovery needle removes excess liquid from the cartridge opening to reduce product loss and improve filling cleanliness.
