The Automatic Prefilled Plastic Syringe Filling and Sealing Line is specifically developed for the aseptic production of prefilled plastic syringes and disposable flush devices. Unlike a multi-format RTU filling machine, this line is dedicated to plastic syringe products arranged in honeycomb nests or trays and is not designed for filling RTU vials or cartridges.
In the standard operating mode, an operator places a tray containing empty plastic syringes into the loading station. The machine then automatically performs the configured processes, including protective-film removal, tray transfer, syringe lifting, filling, stopper or cap feeding, stoppering, sealing, re-nesting, and tray discharge. After processing, the completed tray can be removed manually or transferred automatically to downstream equipment.
The dedicated syringe-handling structure reduces unnecessary format complexity and supports stable, continuous production. It is particularly suitable for manufacturers producing standardized saline flush syringes, catheter flush devices, and other compatible sterile liquids packaged in plastic prefilled syringes.
