The Automatic Prefilled Plastic Syringe Stoppering and Sealing Machine is a standalone downstream closure module for filled plastic prefilled syringes, saline flush syringes and disposable catheter flush devices arranged in honeycomb nests or trays.
The machine receives filled syringes from an upstream filling unit and automatically performs syringe positioning, stopper or cap feeding, stopper detection, controlled insertion, sealing, re-nesting and tray discharge according to the selected closure format.
By separating closure operations from liquid filling, manufacturers can independently upgrade the stoppering and sealing section or connect it with an existing syringe filling machine. Servo-controlled motion, protected stopper transfer, online detection and optional O-RABS, inspection and rejection systems support stable closure quality and reduced manual intervention.
