The machine receives filled syringes from an upstream filling unit and automatically performs syringe positioning, stopper or cap feeding, stopper detection, controlled insertion, sealing, re-nesting and tray discharge according to the selected closure format.

By separating closure operations from liquid filling, manufacturers can independently upgrade the stoppering and sealing section or connect it with an existing syringe filling machine.
