PVC floor Overview:

PVC flooring is the flooring produced with polyvinyl chloride material. It is specifically made of PVC and its copolymer resin as the main raw material, adding fillers, plasticizers, stabilizers, coloring agents and other auxiliary materials, on a continuous sheet substrate, produced by the coating process or by the calendering, extrusion or extrusion process.

(1) Structurally, there are mainly 3 types of multi-layer composite type and homogeneous permeable type and semi-homogeneous type. The so-called multi-layer composite PVC flooring means that it has a multi-layer structure, which is generally made of 4~5 layers of structure laminated, generally with wear-resistant layer (including UV treatment), printed film layer, glass fiber layer, elastic foam layer, substrate, etc. The so-called homogeneous permeable PVC flooring means that it is homogeneous and permeable from top to bottom, i.e., from the surface to the bottom, from top to bottom, it is the same pattern and color.

(2) According to the forms, it is divided into 2 kinds including coil flooring and sheet flooring; the so-called coil flooring is a soft texture of a roll of flooring, generally its width of 1.5 meters, 2 meters, etc., each volume length of 20 meters, the total thickness of 1.6mm-3.2mm (only commercial flooring, sports flooring thicker up to 4mm, 5mm, 6mm, etc.). Sheet flooring is available in a wide range of sizes, mainly divided into strips and squares.
